1 Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order or part of it within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.

To exercise your right of withdrawal within the deadline, it is sufficient to notify us of your decision before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

Deadline ending on a non-working day If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

After notifying us of the withdrawal, you must send the products without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days.

ONSKIN makes every reasonable effort to ensure that information, photos, descriptions, characteristics, and product availability are accurately presented.

However, there may be slight deviations in the appearance of products, especially regarding color, due to screen settings, lighting during photography, packaging, or changes made by the manufacturer.

The display of a product as available does not constitute an absolute guarantee of availability. In the event that a product runs out after the order is submitted, ONSKIN will inform the customer as soon as possible and will refund any amount already paid for that particular product.

ONSKIN reserves the right to add, remove, replace, or modify products and product information without prior notice.

Prices, VAT, and Offers

Product prices are displayed in euros and include the applicable legal Value Added Tax, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs, cash on delivery charges, or any other additional charges are displayed separately before completing the order.

ONSKIN reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been submitted and confirmed, unless it is an obvious technical or typographical error.

Obvious Price Errors

In the event of an obvious error in the price or product characteristics, ONSKIN reserves the right not to accept or to cancel the order, even if an automated confirmation message has been sent. message has been sent.

The customer will be informed immediately and, if payment has been made, the relevant amount will be refunded without undue delay.

Offers and Discount Codes

Offers, discounts, and discount codes are valid for the period and under the conditions stated each time. They cannot be combined, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Discount codes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used retrospectively on already completed orders.

Order Submission and Acceptance

After submission, an automated email confirming receipt of the order is sent. This message confirms that the order has been received by the system and does not necessarily mean that it has already been finally accepted or shipped.

The sales contract is concluded when ONSKIN confirms the acceptance or dispatch of the order.

ONSKIN may contact the customer to confirm details or the order, especially in cases of cash on delivery, high value, or unusual transactions.

ONSKIN reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when:

Payment has not been approved or has failed.
There are indications of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized transactions.
There is an obvious error in the price, discount, or description.
The order violates these terms or applicable law.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on the delivery country, the order value, or the shipping method.

Online payments are processed through cooperating payment providers. ONSKIN does not store the customer's full card details on its own servers.

The customer declares that they have the legal right to use the payment method they choose.

In case of rejection or non-completion of payment, the order may not proceed to execution.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery information.

The stated delivery times are estimated and may be affected by the delivery area, the workload of courier companies, holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other events beyond ONSKIN's reasonable control.

ONSKIN cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Any comments to the courier company are taken into consideration but are not binding.

Upon receipt, the customer must check the external condition of the package. In case of visibly damaged packaging, it is recommended to immediately inform the courier company and ONSKIN.

Withdrawal and Returns

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the products, without having to justify their decision, in accordance with the conditions and exceptions of the applicable legislation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform ONSKIN before the expiry of the relevant period, via a clear statement or via the available online form.

Products must be returned without undue delay, in the condition in which they were received, with all accompanying items and their original packaging, where required.

Exceptions for hygiene reasons

For health and hygiene reasons, returns of sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are not accepted if their seal has been removed after delivery.

By way of example, the exception may concern cosmetics, personal care products, personal accessories or other products whose security packaging has been opened or violated.

The full conditions, return procedure, costs and exceptions are described in detail in the Return Policy. In case of differentiation, the specific terms stated in the Return Policy prevail, subject to the consumer's legal rights.

If the problem is confirmed, ONSKIN will inform the customer of the appropriate solution, such as replacement, order fulfillment, or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

The legal rights of the consumer in case of non-conformity of the product are not limited by these terms.

The results of a cosmetic product may vary from person to person. The customer is responsible for reading the instructions, warnings, and ingredient list on the packaging before use.

In case of known allergies, particularly sensitive skin, pregnancy, breastfeeding, dermatological problems, or medication, it is recommended to seek prior advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.

In case of an adverse reaction, product use should be discontinued and, where necessary, medical advice should be sought.

To create an account, the user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for all actions performed through their account.

In case of suspected unauthorized access, the user must immediately change their password and inform ONSKIN.

Applicable law and dispute resolution
